Returns & Delivery
If you're not happy with the quality of your Christmas tree, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it. We'll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or offer a partial credit where appropriate. Our real Christmas trees are expected to last around three weeks with proper care.
Deliveries are available on the scheduled dates displayed on our website. You'll receive confirmation 1–2 days before delivery with an estimated 3 hour delivery window. Occasionally due to logistic issues there may be a delivery delay and will liaise with you to get the tree delivered as soon as possible.
