Christmas Pickle Decoration 10cm

Weihnachtsgurke is the tradition of a pickle oranament being  the last one hung on the tree on Christmas Eve.   

It is camourflauged among the needles. 

It is believed that the  first child to find the pickle in the morning is assured of good luck in the coming year and also recieves an extra gift. 

The tradition is thought to have originated amongst the early German settlers of the American Midwest.
